Ravco Marketing is a full-service marketing consultancy with fractional CMO services, specializing in fintech and insurtech companies poised for significant growth. The company is led by George Ravich, a veteran of the fintech and insurtech industries, having been CMO of several industry-leading companies. 

George has had a variety of clients and assignments since Ravco's founding in 2019. Most recently, George was fractional CMO of Socotra, a leading insurance core platform provider best known for its modern technology. Major accomplishments included repositioning the company to better serve its growth strategy of going up marketing and expanding internationally; introducing two important new products that were exceptional marketing successes in brand building and sales pipeline expansion; and hiring director-level leadership in the marketing department.

Prior to that, George was the fractional CMO of Ezbob, a London-based small business digital lending platform; Elevate Data, an analytics consultancy that was productizing its methodologies into a SaaS platform; and Ncontracts, a digital risk and compliance platform company, whose investors hired George to help prepare it for sale.  George was a full-time CMO for Earnix, a successful insurance analytics SaaS provider, where the new chairman of the board hired him to help accelerate its growth.
 

George is best known for his 10-year career as CMO at Fundtech, a leading global payments software provider that grew into one of the best-known and most respected payments technology companies around the globe. Over this time revenues increased from $40M to $225M. The company was sold to private equity firm GTCR.

George has been an active member of the fintech and insurtech communities in New York, Hartford, London, and Tel Aviv. He was a mentor for the New York-based fintech Startupbootcamp and was a mentor for SWIFT’s Start-Up Challenge. He is currently a mentor for Rise New York, Barclay’s New York-based fintech accelerator.
